Refund policy

At Sole Galván Art, each piece is an original, handmade artwork created with care and intention. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

All sales are final. Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original artworks, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description.

Damaged on arrival: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at laescondidarte@gmail.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Colour disclaimer: Please note that colours and textures may appear slightly different on screen due to variations in lighting, photography, and device calibration. This does not constitute grounds for a return.

Commissions: Custom commissioned artworks are non-refundable once work has commenced.
